NCAA Eligibility Center 

"If you want to compete in NCAA sports, you need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center."  It is highly recommended that you register before your freshman/9th grade year of high school, but it can be done later.  Many never think of playing rugby in college, let alone in high school, until their junior or senior year.
