Philip is a 2011 graduate of Coppell High School. As a senior, he helped begin the school's rugby team can competed in the first cross district "Scholastic Rugby Conference" in Texas - Panther City Scholastic Rugby Conference. He went on to attend Texas A&M University playing on the school's celebrated rugby team, Red River All-Conference honors at the No. 8 position. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Graphic Design in 2016, he went on to play for the Austin Huns before joining the Austin Elite, a founding team of MLR.
Jason began playing at age 10 on Alliance Rugby Club's youth teams. In HS, he helped form the Boswell HS (Fort Worth, TX) boys' club rugby team, regularly competing in the "NTX Scholastic Rugby Conference". After graduation, Jason went on to play at Texas A&M University where he rose to become the team's captain. He also assisted in the formation of Gorilla Rugby, an invitational travel team, while in HS and concurrently competed with while in HS and college.
In 2022, Jason was drafted by the Dallas Jackals were he is becoming an impact player.
As a junior, Hayden resurrected the Nolan Catholic HS (Fort Worth) boys club rugby team to compete in the NTX Scholastic Rugby Conference (our predecessor). After graduating in 2018, he went on to play at Texas A&M University.
